Operations Manager, OMG, LLC November 2009 – present

Mr. Rice joined OMG in April of 2009 after more than 12 years of experience managing mailrooms, copy centers, scanning centers and other administrative functions.  Mr. Rice has a range of experience from working as an in-house provider, a stand-alone service provider and most recently with OMG, LLC as an outsourced vendor. 

Mr. Rice’s area of expertise includes management development, cost reduction strategies, production workflow improvements, Profit/Loss statements, internal review of Procedures and Standards, and Operational Strategic planning.  Under his guidance, OMG Operations has collectively saved its clients more than $1.9 million. 

Since joining OMG in 2009, Mr. Rice has planned and implemented services at more than 8 locations across the country. 

Currently, Mr. Rice oversees and executes all planning and implementation stages of new contracts and manages more than 20 existing accounts on a national level.  He is responsible for all client relationships and oversees OMG Management interaction and support for OMG’s clients.
