Karmen (KT) Thompson distinguished himself in the performance of outstanding service as Stat Courier, Onsite Management Group, at one of our hospital accounts in Northern, CA. During this period KT’s wealth of knowledge and technical skill significantly improved the Courier Operation. Since 2009, KT has been instrumental in training other couriers in performing Stat runs, adhering to the Hospital’s regulations and local operating policies. His intense dedication enabled both the OMG staff and the Medical center staff to work in a team environment and has made numerous suggestions to improve the operation by helping to revise and eliminate unnecessary runs, train new employees, and recommended replacing vehicles.
