OMG takes pride in their Standard Site Review procedures which are customized for each client location. Each client location is managed according to its site-specific needs and requirements. The following is a description of standard site review procedures provided to each OMG Client.
Quarterly Review Binder: The Review Binder process provides comprehensive quarterly updates of volume, initiatives, cost savings, and other pertinent site-specific requirements, as determined by OMG and the client. In addition, we evaluate our performance against agreed-upon measurements. Along with client participants, participating in each quarterly site review is OMG's site Account Manager, the Field Manager and periodically, OMG's President.
Transition Plan/Implementation Plan: OMG’s methodologies provide a seamless transition and/or implementation plan while assuming responsibility for the management of your non-core functions. This can be accomplished with experienced OMG industry-specific professionals; or if you choose, we can interview existing employees for OMG positions and training. This plan is Microsoft Project-based; a very detailed and step-by-step action plan containing all task items are created and utilized during the implementation stage.
Touch Point Reviews: Utilizing customized software and flowcharts, OMG outlines and reviews the structure, organization, and procedures of each area to eliminate redundancies and determine areas for improvement.
Recommendations: OMG provides much more than reports on past performance and current status.
